As THEOLIA's share consolidation plan came to an end on Monday July 21, 2014, the rights associated to the shares composing the share capital, listed on NYSE Euronext in Paris under ISIN code FR0011284991, are now as follows:

• each consolidated share with a single voting right again entitles its holder to 1 voting right (compared to 2 voting rights during the consolidation period);

• each consolidated share with a double voting right (i.e. in the registered form at the name of the same shareholder for at least 2 years) again entitles its holder to 2 voting rights (compared to 4 voting rights during the consolidation period).
