FUTUREN : Resumption of FUTUREN’s securities trading (AcT)

FUTUREN informs that the trading of all its securities (shares and convertible bonds) will resume as of April 26, 2017 at 10:00 am.

FUTUREN had requested the suspension of all its securities trading on April 25, 2017 at the opening of markets, pending the publication of a press release related to the transaction contemplated by EDF Energies Nouvelles on FUTUREN's securities.
