A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris holding a degree in finance, Frédéric Baumann has 20 years experience in enterprise software companies, in various areas such as finance, digital marketing and connected objects, during which he has led R&D, consulting and presales teams. He also created the customer care service of a software vendor and obtained the 1st position from analysts for customer satisfaction. Prior to join Ivalua, he managed the operations for Western Europe with an American group.
