FUTUREN publishes its 2015 Registration Document (AcT)
FUTUREN's Registration Document for the year ended on December 31, 2015 was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) on May 25, 2016.
It notably includes:
- the 2015 Annual financial report;
- the Report by the Chairman of the Board on corporate governance, internal control procedures and risk management; and
- the Statutory Auditors' reports and information related to their fees.
This document is available to the general public under the conditions provided by regulations in force and may be consulted in French on FUTUREN's Website (www.futuren-group.com) in the “Finance/Financial reports & presentations” section and on the Autorité des Marchés Financiers' Website (www.amf-france.org).
