Vivenda Media Groep NV (VMG) is a Netherlands-based company specializes in publishing and multimedia services. The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Publishing and distribution of real-estate related magazines and newspapers, contributing 47.8 % to total revenue in 2009; Software, Internet and Services, representing 52.2 % of total revenue approximately. The Company is mainly active in the Netherlands, but starting from October 2009, activities have been launched in Germany, Belgium and Austria as well. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had a number of mainly Netherlands-based subsidiaries of which ESTO BV, a publishing house of free real estate magazines, has been divested as of April 16, 2010.
