TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 14, 2004--Arkadin SA, a global provider of audio and data conferencing services, today announced the appointment of Glenn Fleischman, to President of Arkadin's U.S. operations.
Fleischman will lead the company's initiative to expand its U.S. presence.
Arkadin's U.S. operations include sales offices in New York City, Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco with its headquarters located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
Max Slifer, former president, will remain on Arkadin's Board of Directors. "The company's technology and ability to focus on and deliver customer specific requirements with a most efficient cost structure has resulted in Arkadin's rapid growth," said Olivier de Puymorin, President and CEO of Arkadin SA.

We believe that our international capabilities will be an integral component of our future success in the U.S." Prior to his appointment, Fleischman was Managing Director of Arkadin's UK division where he established and managed the UK operations.
Prior to Arkadin, Fleischman spent seven years at Ptek Holdings, a communications services provider, in its enhanced messaging and audio conferencing divisions.
During his tenure at Ptek, Fleischman was responsible for the expansion of Ptek's teleconferencing business -- Premiere Conferencing -- in South East Asia, and was later appointed Global Accounts Director of Xpedite
Prior to Ptek, Fleischman was an equity securities analyst and portfolio manager for several companies, including Dillon Read & Company and Hambros America. "Glenn's proven track record and experience in the conferencing industry will bring tremendous value to our company," de Puymorin added.
