La société LA PERLA WORLD informe ses actionnaires que  l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire prévue le 19 mai 2010 à 14 heures au 72, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 PARIS dont l’avis de convocation a été publié au BALO le 30 avril 2010 (Bulletin n° 52) a été ajournée.

Le conseil d'administration a décidé de reporter l'Assemblée Générale Ordinaire au 30 juin prochain afin de finaliser la présentation du plan de restructuration de la société et d’être pleinement en mesure de fournir à ses actionnaires toute l’information requise.

Un nouvel avis de réunion sera, en conséquence, publié dans les meilleurs délais.

LA PERLA WORLD company informs its shareholders that the Ordinary General Meeting planned on May 19^th, 2010, at 2:00 pm, at 72, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 PARIS, which notification was issued in the BALO on April 30^th, 2010 (Bulletin n° 52) has been deferred.

The Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Ordinary General Meeting to June 30^th, 2010 in order to finalize the presentation of the restructuring plan of the company and be totally ready for providing all relevant information to the shareholders.

A new notification of meeting will be consequently published as soon as possible.
