Samuelle Thevenet and Charlotte Metaireau
join Activa Capital
Samuelle Thevenet and Charlotte Metaireau join Activa Capital respectively as Finance Director and Marketing and Communications Manager.
Samuelle Thevenet, 36, previously worked for 2 years as Company Secretary at CM-CIC LBO Partners (a subsidiary of Credit Mutuel - CIC) and 3 years as Chief Financial Officer at ACTEM Partners - Natixis Group. She was in charge of the financial and administrative management of these entities. These experiences give Samuelle Thevenet in-depth knowledge of the private equity sector. Prior to ACTEM Partners, Samuelle worked for 7 years in audit and transaction services in Paris and London, at Constantin Associés, a member of the Deloitte network. Samuelle Thevenet is a graduate of ESGF Paris.
Charlotte Metaireau, 27, worked for 3 years at Mazars, international audit and advisory services group, where she was successively Communication Officer and Press Relations Officer. Charlotte is a graduate of Euromed Management.
Charlotte will be initially working alongside Sophie Cardoso, Activa's current Marketing and Communications Manager.
