Light vehicle traffic is up 0.5% compared to the first half of 2012. Heavy goods vehicle traffic continues to decline but on a slightly improving trend. Tariff The annual tariff revision took place on 1st February 2013 with an average increase of 1.94% for APRR and AREA for all classes of vehicles.
