PR Newswire/Les Echos/ Le 20 novembre 2013 TF1 - Discovery Le groupe TF1 et le groupe Discovery Communications indiquent qu'ils débutent des discussions pour évaluer si Discovery exercera son option d'achat par anticipation. Conformément aux accords signés le 21 décembre 2012, Discovery a, en effet, la possibilité, au travers d'une option qui lui est consentie, de porter, à compter du 21 décembre 2014, sa participation dans Eurosport à 51 %. Le groupe TF1 précise qu'il maintiendra sa participation à 80 % dans Eurosport France au moins jusqu'au 31 décembre 2014. ************************************ November 20th 2013 The TF1 group and Discovery Communications are beginning discussions to evaluate whether Discovery will exercise its call option prior to the agreed upon date. Under the agreement signed on December 21, 2012, Discovery has a call option entitling it to raise its equity interest in Eurosport to 51% on or after December 21, 2014. The TF1 group wishes to indicate that it will retain its 80% interest in Eurosport France until at least December 31, 2014.
