ACTIVA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES INTERNAL PROMOTIONS

INCLUDING THE PROMOTION OF SOPHIE ROULAND TO PARTNER

Activa Capital, the Paris-based private equity firm, announces several internal promotions to reflect the new private equity investment opportunities in France as Activa Capital starts investing its new fund, Activa Capital Fund III.

Sophie Rouland becomes Partner, Pierre Chabaud and Jean-Baptiste Salvin are both promoted to Investment Director and Denis Houdet becomes Investment Manager.

In particular, Activa Capital is delighted that Sophie Rouland joins the partnership at a time when Activa Capital is seeing exciting opportunities within the French mid-market and has enjoyed a rapid first close of its new fund. »

Sophie Rouland (40 years) joined Activa Capital in 2012. Sophie has contributed to the following transactions: Findis and La Maison Bleue. Sophie has over 11 years' experience in mid-market French private equity. Prior to joining Activa Capital, Sophie worked at Barclays Private Equity France (Equistone Partners Europe). Sophie is a graduate of EM Lyon.

Pierre Chabaud (34 years) joined Activa Capital in 2009 and has contributed to the following transactions: Abrisud, Primavista and Gaz Européen. Prior to joining Activa Capital, Pierre worked in Management Consulting at Bain & Company and Arthur D. Little. Pierre is a graduate of HEC (Master of Strategy) and Centrale Paris (MA in Engineering).

Jean-Baptiste Salvin (32 years) joined Activa Capital in 2011 and has contributed to the following transactions: Armatis-lc, La Maison Bleue and Nexeya. Prior to joining Activa Capital, Jean-Baptiste worked at CVC Capital Partners in Paris. Jean-Baptiste is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master of Finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Denis Houdet (31 years) joined Activa Capital in 2012 as Analyst. Prior to joining Activa Capital, Denis worked in the M&A team of Rothschild & Cie. Denis is a graduate of EM LYON.
