BREMBO : Le Conseil d'administration de Brembo confirme Alberto Bombassei en tant que Président et désigne Stefano Monetini comme Directeur Général.

La dimension et la complexité que connaît le Groupe Brembo, avec ses 23 filiales et une présence dans 70 pays, ont entraîné la décision de séparer la fonction de Président de celle de Directeur Général, jusqu'à présent exercées par Alberto Bombassei.
Ainsi, le Conseil d'administration a confirmé M Bombassei dans sa fonction de President et nommé M Stefano Monetini comme Directeur Général.
M Bombassei continue d'assurer la représentation légale de la société et conserve des amples pouvoirs décisionnels dans tout ce qui concerne le développement stratégique, la coordination et le gouvernement d'entreprise. Il définira également les directives de développement international, la politique financière, les fusions et acquisitions et la réorganisation du Groupe.
Mr. Monetini, who maintains the office of General Manager, will have full responsibility on the business units (passenger cars, motorcycle, commercial vehicles, aftermarket, racing), the industrial division, all subsidiaries and the staff functions supporting operations. Mr. Monetini will carry out its new role in accordance with the guidelines and strategies defined by the Chairman.
The new Managing Director strengthens the company's top management, guarantees the greatest continuity in the company development strategies and confirms the high professional value of Brembo management.
Merger of Fomm S.p.A.
In order to continue with the simplification and rationalization of the corporate structure, the Board approved the merger of Fomm S.p.A., already 100% owned, into Brembo S.p.A.
The company is a cast-iron disc foundry.
