50% growth and an excellent first quarter of 2014 for Ivalua

Ivalua enjoys the strongest growth in its history, boosting its turnover by more than 50%.

Orsay, June 23rd 2014 - Since it was founded in 2000, publisher Ivalua has never ceased to grow. Its 2013 results have once again highlighted the regular increase in the company's sales. With 2013 turnover of more than 13 million, up 50% compared to 2012, Ivalua has confirmed not just its profitability for the 13th year running, but also its position among the leading players in the global e-procurement market.

An exceptional first quarter of 2014

More than ten new contracts were won in France, including IBP, Sagemcom, Pierre & Vacances, Total MS, Thales and Fnac, not to mention Zambon in Italy. In addition, over the first three months of the year, around fifteen of Ivalua's major projects entered the production phase, thus demonstrating its ability to deliver complex applications to large international groups with thousands of users spread across the world.

Thanks to a strategy resolutely geared towards optimal customer satisfaction, as well as a product offering that is wide and robust, Ivalua has been able to capture new customers and conquer new markets. It also boasts a customer retention rate of almost 98%. This high level of customer satisfaction has notably led the firm to be rated as a "" by major independent international analysts.

Ivalua reinforces its international presence

Boosted by the trust of its customers and its international brand image, Ivalua is broadening its horizons and continuing its expansion in Europe and North America based on the same model implemented for the successful launch of its Italian office at the end of 2013. Indeed, Ivalua has confirmed that it will be setting up operations in Canada and the UK, where it has begun an intensive campaign to recruit local teams to serve these markets, markets in which demand for innovative e-procurement solutions is high.

"Since launching on the US market and signing numerous major contracts in 2013, our teams have been strengthened. Today we cover the entire North American region from East to West," says David Khuat-Duy, President of Ivalua. "The Canadian market has been quick to display an interest in our Ivalua Buyer e-procurement tool and we have already won several significant contracts. That is why we decided to set up a team in the region, which will be in charge of developing Ivalua's presence on the market," he continues.

A sizeable recruitment process is underway!

Today, Ivalua employs more than 130 people spread across the Group's various subsidiaries. To support its growth, a number of new staff are now being recruited to fill Sales, Development and Project Manager positions, in particular. Almost twenty posts are being created in Europe and the United States.

"We are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals with international experience to join our teams, not just in France, but also in our British, Italian and German offices," adds Gérard Dahan, Ivalua's EMEA General Manager.

Ivalua Buyer: the most complete and on the market

Ivalua presented the latest version of its e-procurement solution in October 2013, at Ivalua on Air. More than 350 people from 21 countries had travelled to the event for a sneak preview of Ivalua Buyer V8. To best meet market requirements, Ivalua has chosen to involve its customers at an early stage in the development and the technical/functional evolution of its Ivalua Buyer procurement tool, by organising user groups and group beta tests every year.

"We place a great deal of importance on the relationship we maintain with our customers," points out Gérard Dahan, Ivalua's EMEA General Manager. "We endeavour to establish not just a customer/supplier relationship, but a genuine partnership, so as to support these major groups in the long term," he continues.

With more than 800 innovations, intuitive ergonomics, a wide range of possibilities in terms of administration and interfaces with the market's leading ERP systems, as well as an enriched set of functions, V8 of Ivalua Buyer is now the most comprehensive and flexible solution on the market. Ivalua has gained the trust of a host of new customers, but has also been entrusted with numerous migration projects for existing customers.

High customer satisfaction

In addition to a number of significant customer acquisitions, Ivalua is also keen to highlight the great loyalty of its historical customers. Indeed, 98 % of its client companies continue to place their trust in the Group and have now opted to migrate their contract to V8.

"The great functional coverage of our Ivalua Buyer e-procurement solution enables our customers to upgrade their applications over time. While some opt for the full Source-to-Pay suite from the outset, most decide to deploy the tool stage by stage, which enables them to meet their needs in a scalable way," says Gérard Dahan, Ivalua's EMEA General Manager.

Thanks to the modularity and complementarity of its Ivalua Buyer e-procurement software, Ivalua is able to meet all the requirements of major French and international companies, regardless of their sector of activity: banking/insurance, automotive, industry, building and public works, energy, services, telecommunications, public sector, etc.

2014/2015: ever greater ambitions

All these positive signs translate into a promising outlook for the Group's results in 2014 and 2015, and should enable Ivalua to continue on the path of growth by signing new international contracts in the coming months.

"According to the latest surveys conducted by top international analysts, Ivalua is now among the leading publishers on the global e-procurement market. And because we are receiving an increasing number of requests from major foreign companies, our growth will intensify each year, testifying to our product's reliability, the company's long-term stability and the trust shown by our customers," concludes Gérard Dahan, Ivalua's EMEA General Manager.
