Information concerning number of shares and voting rights on 28 February 2015 (AcT)

ASK (Euronext Paris - FR0011980077 - ASK), a global leader in secure contactless technology solutions for the Transport and Identity sectors, is today publishing the number of shares making up its capital and the number of voting rights as of 28 February 2015, in accordance with the provisions of article 223-16 of the general rules of the French Autorité des marchés financiers.

(1) The number of exercisable voting rights is calculated based on the total number of shares minus those without voting rights. On February 28^th 2015, 32,541 shares, representing a total of 32,541 voting rights, were registered under the liquidity contract assigned to the brokerage Portzamparc, and therefore deprived of voting rights.
