THEOLIA terminates its liquidity contract (AcT)
On March 12, 2015, THEOLIA terminated the liquidity contract it had granted to Kepler Capital Markets (Paris) on December 5, 2012. The contract had been suspended since July 8, 2013.
As at March 12, 2015, the following resources were recorded in the liquidity account:
- 295,959 THEOLIA shares,
- 153,863.86 euros.
After the contract was terminated, the securities held were sold on the market.
For information purposes, as at December 31, 2012, the following resources were recorded in the liquidity account:
- 210,509 THEOLIA shares,
- 221,034.20 euros.
