THALES INCREASES ITS SHARE IN THE CAPITAL OF TRONICS (AcT)
Grenoble, France, and Dallas, TX, USA – June 22, 2015 – Tronics, a designer and manufacturer of innovative nano and microsystems, has been listed on the Paris Alternext market since February 13, 2015.
Following an agreement with Tronics' historical shareholders, Thales Avionics SAS has increased its stake in Tronics via a share transfer and now holds 19.78% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis. From March 2015 until present, Thales Avionics SAS had held 10.20% of Tronics' share capital on a fully diluted basis.
As of June 22, 2015, to the Company's knowledge, Tronics' undiluted share capital is distributed as follows:
Founders: 12.21%
Sercel: 9.19%
IXBLUE: 3.97%
Institutional investors (CEA Investissement, Omnes Capital, Aster Capital, Innovation Capital): 31.91%
Thales: 20.98%
Public: 10.75%
Safran: 5.83%
Other shareholders: 4.98%
Treasury shares: 0.18%
