FUTUREN confirms its growth momentum and obtains permission to build a new wind farm in France (AcT)

FUTUREN obtained a building permit, today free of any third-party claim, to install 6 wind turbines on the territory of the town of Saint-Affrique, in the Aveyron French department. Pending the selection of the turbine type, the future wind farm's capacity is estimated at 12 MW.

This new authorization secures additional growth for the Group. In France, the Group now holds 99 MW of wind projects which already received all necessary authorizations and are free of any third-party claim, of which 31 MW will be commissioned by the end of 2016:

• the 18 MW Chemin Perré wind project is currently under construction in the Aube department. Its commissioning is scheduled for September 2016;
• the 13 MW first tranche of Les Monts wind project, also located in the Aube department, is under construction since March of this year. Its commissioning is planned for December 2016;
• the construction of the 21 MW Courant-Nachamps wind project will start end of 2016 - beginning of 2017 in the Charente-Maritime department, for a commissioning expected in early 2018;
• the 35 MW second tranche of Les Monts wind project will be carried out in 2018; and now
• the fully authorized Faydunes wind project, for a capacity of c. 12 MW.

The Faydunes wind farm will produce green electricity that will cover the yearly domestic electricity needs of approximately 12,000 households.

Operating 714 MW of wind power for own account and on behalf of third parties, FUTUREN holds 199 MW of projects having obtained all authorizations needed for their installation and operation, distributed in France and Morocco
