Resumption of FUTUREN’s securities trading (AcT)
FUTUREN requested the resumption of all its securities trading (shares, convertible bonds and stock warrants) as of June 7, 2016 at the opening of markets.
FUTUREN had requested the suspension of all its securities trading on June 6, 2016 at the opening of markets, pending the filing with the AMF of the project of simplified public offer, initiated by one of its shareholders, on all securities of the Company.
