GLOBAL ECOPOWER : Postponement of the general meeting of June 29, 2018 (AcT)
Aix-en-Provence (France), June 1, 2018. Global EcoPower (Euronext Growth - FR0011289198 - ALGEP), announces the postponement of its Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for June 29, 2018.
In view of the procedure initiated by the company concerning the transparency of the shareholding and compliance with applicable legal provisions concerning the declaration of the crossing of thresholds (read the press release dated May 4, 2018), the Chairman of the Commercial Court of Aix-en-Provence has authorized Global EcoPower to postpone until October 31, 2018 at the latest, the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year 2017 ended December 31, 2017.
