CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES : Strategic Update, Share Buyback and Bitcoin Mining Activity for the Month of August 2026 (AcT)

Strategic Update, Share Buyback and Bitcoin Mining Activity for the Month of August 2026

Paris, France, September 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CET (CBI, Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LWO – ALCBI; OTCQB: CBIPF) – CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES ("CBI") announces that, for the month of August 2026, the annualized yield of mining servers measured in US dollars is more than 10%, given Bitcoin's rebound towards US$79,000 (+24-25% in August 2026). Measured in Bitcoins, the yield is slightly lower than the July 2026 return again due to limitations in access to the electricity grid over a few days, given occasional restrictions. After the 2026 Annual Meeting, CBI will propose to allocate 25% of mining profits annually to the repurchase of CBI shares on the market at a maximum price of 1 euro per CBI share.

Mining activity

Measured in US dollars, the annualized return for August 2026 is more than 10%, given Bitcoin's rise to US$79,000. Bitcoin has indeed gained +24-25% in August 2026. This yield is insufficient and the objective remains to return, thanks to Bitcoin's rise, to 20% per year.

Measured in Bitcoins, the return for the month is slightly lower than the return in July 2026, again due to limitations in access to the electricity grid due to one-off restrictions.

This return is calculated only on a cash basis, by relating the gross margin generated by the activity (Bitcoins received during the month minus the monthly electricity bill) to the amount invested in the servers, all brought back on an annual basis. Accounting depreciations, as well as the resale price of the servers, are not taken into account in these estimates.

This profitability is likely to increase or decrease depending on various criteria, including the purchase price of the servers, the price of Bitcoin which directly influences the value of the commissions received, the cost of electricity, as well as the difficulty rate of the Bitcoin network which measures the complexity of mining a block. These annualized return figures are estimated for a given month, based on a preliminary electricity bill established by Blockware Solutions. In the event that this invoice is subsequently adjusted by Blockware Solutions to take into account the actual consumption, the estimated return is then adjusted retroactively.

Repurchase of CBI shares on the market at a maximum price of €1 per CBI share

CBI will propose to allocate 25% of mining profits annually to the repurchase of CBI shares on the market at a maximum price of 1 euro per CBI share.

This decision will be reviewed by the Board of Directors after the Combined Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026. The majority shareholder, Ker Ventures, supports this proposal to buy back CBI shares on the market at a maximum price of €1 per CBI share.

Composition of the portfolio of crypto-assets and similar assets, including mining servers

CBI's portfolio of crypto-assets and related assets (see Table) is up compared to the previous month, given the rise of Bitcoin towards US$79,000.

The portfolio remains large and consists mainly of Bitcoins received in mining operations, the value of which rose during the month, in addition to assets directly related to the production infrastructure, in particular mining servers. It also includes fiat currency reserves that the group plans to deploy in accordance with its capital allocation policy. Tokens created by CBI itself are not subject to an accounting valuation.

It should be remembered that some listed crypto-assets are held for periods of more than twelve months, as part of a long-term investment strategy.
