In accordance with the article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and to determine the equity participation thresholds mentioned in article L. 233-7¹ of the French Commercial Code, the Company informs its shareholders that the number of shares making up its share capital and the number of voting rights, as at 3/09/2007, are:

• “theoretical” voting rights (including suspending rights): 23,276,828
• voting rights exercisable at Shareholders’ Meetings: 23,234,085
