Naturex enjoyed an excellent third quarter, with revenues up 29.6% in constant dollars (20.2% in current dollars) to € 22.0 million.
Strong organic growth remains on track
Proforma1 organic growth for the third quarter totaled 14.8% in constant dollars (6.4% in current dollars).
Over the period, the Group's food and flavor business accounted for € 7.0 million (+30%) and its nutraceuticals division for € 13.0 million (+23%).
Acceleration in growth
For the first nine months of this year, Naturex's revenues stand at € 70.1 million, up 26.6% in constant dollars (16.6% in current dollars). Proforma, growth is 12.6% in constant dollars (3.7% in current dollars), which is higher than the 11.6% posted for first half of the year.
Positive outlook for 2008
These figures confirm Naturex's ability to generate growth and earnings in line with the targets it set itself at the start of the year.
Over the course of 2008, the Group fully intends to pursue its dynamic growth, notably through its expansion overseas. As planned, the Group inaugurated its German subsidiary on July 15 and obtained the approval of the Chinese government authorities for a subsidiary on August 8.
