Minutes of the General Meeting

 of 24 September 2026

Paris, France – September 25, 2026 at 8:00 am CET (CBI - Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LW0 - ALCBI; OTCQB: CBIPF) – CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES ("CBI").

The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of Crypto Blockchain Industries S.A. was held on September 24, 2026 under the chairmanship of Frédéric Chesnais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

According to the calculation, the shareholders present or represented held 123,364,848 shares, and the same number of voting rights, i.e. 39.2% of the Company's share capital and voting rights.

The Shareholders' Meeting was an opportunity for Frédéric Chesnais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, to present the highlights of the 2025-2026 financial year, the strategy developed and the outlook for the Crypto Blockchain Industries group. He also answered oral questions asked during the Meeting.
