à propos des activités de Atos Origin en Italie
Paris, le 28 septembre 2007 - Atos Origin, l'un des principaux acteurs internationaux dans les services informatiques et Engineering Ingegneria Informatica s.p.a mènent des discussions préliminaires à propos des activités de Atos Origin en Italie. Aucun accord définitif n'a été trouvé et aucune décision n'a été prise mais Atos Origin pourrait céder ses activités italiennes à Engineering en échange d'actions de Engineering Ingegneria Informatica s.p.a. Atos Origin deviendrait alors actionnaire minoritaire de of Engineering Ingegneria Informatica s.p.a dont le siège est à Rome et qui est cotée à la bourse de Milan.
The transaction would create an IT leader in Italy. The companies would enter into an Alliance Agreement allowing both companies to serve their Italian and International customers via the global capacity created by the Alliance.
