INVESTEOLE carries out a bond issue of EUR 3,027,000 (AcT)

Aix-en-Provence (France), January 8, 2015. The Aix-en-Provence based constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources carried out, through its subsidiary INVESTEOLE, a bond issue for a period of 4 years, subordinated, not constitutive of a public offering of securities in the amount of € 3,027,000.

Global EcoPower, "turnkey" constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, announces the achievement, in the amount of € 3,027,000, of the bond issue launched September 25, 2014 by its 99.98% owned subsidiary, the company INVESTEOLE (click here to read the press release of September 29, 2014).

In line with its new strategy of financing the construction of power plants, with a mix of own equity and bank loan, Global EcoPower has decided to subscribe partly in the bond issue from its available cash by debiting a part of its current account in the books of INVESTEOLE, to the amount of € 2,850,000.

The proceeds of this issue will constitute most of the equity of the first wind farm built according to this new financial scheme. This 10 MW power plant carried by the SAS Parc Eolien de la Vallée du Don is located in the municipalities of Nozay, Vay and Marsac-sur-Don in the department of Loire-Atlantique (44) and consists of five wind turbines with a hub height of 100 meters and a unit capacity of 2 MW. Its connection to the ERDF grid is expected in the 2^nd half of 2015.

Other projects should take place shortly.
