Yearly statement of the liquidity contract with the brokerage Aurel BGC (AcT)

Paris (France), January 8^th 2015 – Valtech S.A. [EURONEXT Paris: FR0011505163 - LTE], first independent European agency in digital and technology marketing, with the brokerage firm Aurel BGC, the liquidity account held the following assets on 31^st of December 2014:

• Cash balance of the liquidity account: 658,430.60 €
• Number of shares: 10,687 securities

It is recalled on the 30^th of June 2014, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:

• Cash Balance of the liquidity account: 35,225.34 €
• Number of shares: 4,169 securities

Note: The Company proceeded to an additional contribution of 650.000€ on the 19^th of December 2014 on its liquidity contract.
