We enrolled in this Forum as we have a request - the life of one of our artist's have become intolerable because of all the publicity (often negative and from members of this forum)and threats (from different auction houses, Artnet etc) so that he had to change his location.
We already decided on Sunday not to accept further bids on his work, after negative comments commenced, and intend to remove all his work from artprice auctions and dismiss all current bids.
As for different prices (the artist does not decide on the price of his work) for his work on several sites, they were placed over time so that prices have increased. The site South African artists(one of the countries where our artist has an atelier) has no right to advertise his work and we intend to commence litigation as we have requested them several times to remove the artist and his work from their site.
We are sure readers will know the artist we refer to here, as we refrain from naming him so as to prevent even further unpleasant comments, such as those, that are without foundation and false, by members of this Forum made on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
No stockholders would make negative comments about their company or its products especially as everything written here are available on internet, thus we are amazed at some of the negative comments here about our artist and his work, and even artprice itself.
We will withdraw his work from the auctions and have begun to dismiss all bidders, so you have achieved that what you wished for.
