Continuous quotation on NYSE Alternext starting from monday, septembre 30, 2013 (AcT)

Aix-en-Provence (France), September 26, 2013. Global EcoPower (FR0011289198 - ALGEP), a turnkey constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, announces its transition to continuous quotation on NYSE Alternext starting from September 30, 2013.

Subsequent to its transfer to NYSE Alternext Paris, effective since June 24, 2013, Global EcoPower (GEP) announced having asked NYSE Euronext for the transition to continuous quotation of its shares.

As of Monday, September 30, 2013, the 4,539,043 shares comprising the share capital of GEP will be transferred from the trading group EA (private placement, simple fixing) to the trading group EI (private placement, continuous).

At this date, the Global EcoPower shares will be traded continuously, from 9 am to 5:25 pm, with a pre-opening period from 7:15 to 9 am and a pre-closing period of 5:25 to 5:30 pm followed by the closing auction at 5:30 pm. GEP reminds that it has entrusted since June 28, 2013, the brokerage firm Aurel BGC with its share's promotion through the implementation of a liquidity contract.

The ISIN code and the mnemonic of Global EcoPower will remain unchanged (FR0011289198 - ALGEP).

This new step aims to continue increasing the market visibility of Global EcoPower for investors in order to facilitate the implementation of the funding necessary to support the strategy of building a portfolio of wind farms.
