Broadwing Communications LLC, a consolidated subsidiary of Broadwing Corporation (NASDAQ:BWNG), today announced its latest initiative to deliver a positively different customer experience by offering a unified Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is available on new contracts for all Broadwing domestic U.S. dedicated access offerings for voice, data and IP services

Broadwing's Grand SLAm package includes four primary elements:
-- 100% end-to-end service availability guarantee provides that the Broadwing network, including Broadwing ordered local access loops, will be available 100% of the time to pass customer voice and data traffic. Should the network not be available to pass customer traffic, customers are eligible for credits in the first minute of service unavailability
-- Per event-time-to-repair guarantees that for each and every total service impacting event that is not resolved in under 4 hours, service credits will apply. Broadwing exceeds the industry standard of four hour mean-time-to-repair by guaranteeing repair time on every event, not just the average
-- Guaranteed installation intervals on Broadwing delivered circuits assure customers that Broadwing will meet predetermined service installation commitments
-- The total satisfaction guarantee ensures Broadwing customers that they will not be locked into a contract when service is not performing to their expectations and Broadwing's high standards.
Broadwing's chronic service remedy provides customers with the right to terminate the contract on the applicable service element in the event of a chronic service issue
